JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Lincolnshire (commutable from Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Peterborough and Spalding)
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
We are looking for talented family solicitors who are able to hit the ground running manging their own busy caseload of family work. Their caseload will include divorce, financial remedies, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, grandparents’ rights and same sex couples. The appointed family solicitor will be expected to keep abreast of all relevant changes to laws and will be expected to actively contribute to the family team’s business development activities.
We are looking for experienced family solicitors with at least two years PQE and with a successful track record in managing their own caseload of family law files. Candidates must have a demonstrable drive to go the extra mile to ensure their clients’ issues are resolved as smoothly and effectively as possible. The communication and sympathetic abilities that the nature of this work calls for are also a must.
