As a family solicitor you will be joining one of Lincolnshire’s most successful family teams. You will be manging your own busy caseload consisting predominantly of privately funded work. Your caseload will include of divorce, financial remedies, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, grandparents’ rights and same sex couples. You will be expected to actively contribute to the family team’s business development activities



We are interested in speaking to family solicitors anywhere within their first two years after qualification. NQ solicitors must have undertaken at least one family seat whilst more experienced candidates must have strong experience in handling a family law caseload. Candidates must have a demonstrable drive to go the extra mile to ensure their clients’ issues are resolved as smoothly and effectively as possible. The communication and sympathetic abilities that the nature of this work calls for are also a must.
