JOB TITLE:                  Family Solicitor        

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years’ PQE   

LOCATION:                  North Kent       

SALARY:                     Highly Competitive  

 

THE ROLE:

Within this role you will be working within an industry leading team to carry out work to include; divorce, finance, cohabitation matters and cases under the Children Act 1989. You will be acting on behalf of a vast client base and will be required to provide sound legal advice across a range of complex family matters.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the newly appointed family solicitor, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in family matters and will preferably be Accredited by Resolution and/or The Law Society. You will have a methodical approach to planning and organising with the ability to take on a full and varied caseload. Further, communication capabilities towards both colleagues and clients to accurately convey your legal knowledge accordingly is essential. You will also, as a preferred addition, be a member of the Children's Panel or Family Law Panel.
