This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic market leading family department dealing with high quality work. We This challenging position will see you covering a broad range of work across the department proving assistance to the entire team and contributing more widely to the team and its growth. The position will involve working on a broad range of family matters including, high asset financial cases for corporate clients, trust and complex pension structures, Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements, Schedule 1 Children Act & Private Children Act, running and managing files and delegating to trainees and paralegals as appropriate, advocacy, where appropriate and supporting the Partners and team on larger and more complex matters.
Due to the nature of this role a highly experienced Family Solicitor is sought with a minimum of 8 years PQE + gained within a strong regional or City practice. You will posses a high attention to detail to produce work/ documentation which is consistently of a high standard, coupled with having a flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis. You will be highly knowledgeable in all aspects of family law, with a particular skill in dealing with corporate/commercial clients and have an interest in and aptitude for business development.
