JOB TITLE:                  Family Paralegal                     

PQE REQUIRED:      12 months’ experience

LOCATION:                  East Sussex

SALARY:                     £Competitive

 

THE ROLE:

This reputable regional firm are looking to recruit a Paralegal into their busy family department. Joining the team, you will assist the partners and solicitors on large cases, to include but not limited to divorce and separation, cohabitation, civil partnerships, children and financial issues and mediation services. As a Paralegal, you will be expected to work fairly independently, undertaking secretarial and administrative tasks, assist clients, answering enquires through telephone and correspondence, drafting letters, documents and legal forms and attending client meetings.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcome from Paralegals who have gained a minimum of 12 months’ experience in family law matters. You will be a highly organised individual; capable of prioritising your own workload and working to strict deadlines under minimal supervision. The appointed candidate will be a clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to work quickly and effectively with clients and other members of the team.
