The appointed NQ Family Solicitor will assist the more senior members of the team on a full range of family matters.  The Family Solicitor will assist on all aspects of a matter ranging from interviewing clients, drafting documents, progressing matters and maintaining compliance on files. The appointed Family Solicitor will also have the opportunity to handle their own files as they develop their knowledge as part of this team. The team currently advise on a full range of matters including, but not limited to, divorce and separation, financial settlement, child arrangements, adoption, childcare disputes, civil partnership and domestic violence.



Our client is keen to receive applications from a Solicitor who has recently qualified or is coming up to qualification and is looking for an NQ position in family law. The Family Solicitor should have undertaken at least one seat in family law during their training contract and should be passionate and committed to developing their career within this area. It is important to our client that the appointed Family Solicitor is motivated and able to work flexibility, adapting to the often unpredictable nature of this type of work. Applicants should be exceptionally well organised, hard working and demonstrate a personable, empathetic nature.
