An exceptional opportunity has become available for Family Solicitor to join a successful team who are highly ranked as a top tier firm of solicitors for family law in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK. This exciting position will see you primarily assisting one or the Family Partners on a varied and challenging caseload. You will be given the opportunity to manage your own caseload where you will be expected to progress clients cases in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clients are kept fully informed at all stages of the process. This position will be diverse and will include handling matter such as Divorce & Separation, financial settlements, civil partnerships, pre and post nuptial agreements and children law.
The successful Family Solicitor will either have recently qualified or have up to 2 years' PQE and will have gained their family law experience either with a London or leading regional practice. You MUST have gained experience of dealing with high net worth clients along with a mix of privately funded family matters. Experience with legal aid funding will not be considered. The appointed Family Solicitor will be required to undertake networking opportunities and pursue business development activities, including contributing to various media with articles, blogs etc to raise personal profile, that of the department and the firm generally.
