THE ROLE:

This position will see you working on a broad spectrum of family matters including Matrimonial, Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Finances, Separation, Injunctions, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Children Act work (Inc. Maintenance, Child Support and Child Arrangements. THE CANDIDATE:

As the successful Family Solicitor, you must be able to demonstrate clear capabilities in identifying and nurturing key relationships and have a minimum of 2 years experience within family law. Applications are welcome from both qualified Solicitors and ILEX qualified individuals who are passionate about this area of law and are keen to take on a new challenge. The appointed Family Solicitor will display a strategic approach and business skills experience to develop the Family department and a strong commercial acumen.
