THE ROLE:

Our client is looking to recruit a Family Paralegal or Fee Earner to take on a caseload of legal aid family matters. The appointed Family Paralegal will work closely with the Partner in the team on a range of family matters and will have the opportunity to continue to develop their career alongside a professional with a wealth of legal experience.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is looking to receive applications from Paralegals with experience in family law. Experience working on legal aid matters is essential for this role. It would be an advantageous if the Family Paralegal has had some experience of handling their own small caseload and working independently on matters, although this is not mandatory. In addition, the successful Family Paralegal will have good communications skills, be hardworking and have a motivated and tenacious approach to their workload.

 

THE FIRM:

Our client is newly established, high street law firm based in Wolverhampton. Ran by an expert with over ten years of experience advising on a range of civil litigation and family matters.  This role will offer the appointed Family Paralegal the chance to work in a close knit firm which has plans to grow rapidly over the coming years.  This means that the Family Paralegal will have the opportunity to develop their career here gained hands on experience of a range of legal matters.
