Family Lawyer, 5+ PQE, Northamptonshire - A highly knowledgeable Family Solicitor is sought to join a progressive practice in the Northamptonshire area. An exciting opportunity to undertake a challenging caseload of family matters with a leading niche family law practice.

THE ROLE:

This is a challenging position which will see the appointed Family Lawyer advising clients across a broad spectrum of family law matters within a well established and niche Family practice  As a professional and sympathetic Family Lawyer you will be able to provide advice on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial issues of Separation, children issues including residence and contact disputes, separation agreements and dissolution of civil partnerships. As part of this position you will also be expected to support more junior members of the team.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Due to the level and nature of the work this practice a keen to appoint a Family Lawyer who has a minimum of 5 years PQE experience gained within a well respected practice.  You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills coupled with the desire and passion to market, network and develop your existing caseload. You will have the capability to handle a varied and full caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial issues on separation, children issues, pre/post nuptial agreements and property disputes in regards to unmarried couples. You will also have a very organised approach to your work and be a strong team player and committed to developing a career within this area of law.
