JOB TITLE:                 Family Lawyer 

PQE REQUIRED:        3+

LOCATION:                 North Yorkshire (commutable from Bradford, Doncaster, Huddersfield, Hull, Leeds, Wetherby and York)

SALARY:                    Competitive, commensurate on experience 


As a family lawyer you will have full autonomy over your own busy caseload, consisting predominantly of privately funded family law work. You can expect to be working on cases relating to divorce, financial remedies, child custody, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation, same sex couples and grandparents rights. You will be expected to generate your own work both for yourself, the wider family team and the firm’s other departments.



We are looking for experienced family lawyers who are qualified as either a solicitor or legal executive with at least three years PQE. Candidates must be confident in handling their own workload of challenging cases with minimal supervision from partners. We expect candidates to be apt at communicating effectively with clients from a range of backgrounds and have the compassionate and sympathetic abilities that the nature of this work calls for.
