JOB TITLE: Family Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Lincolnshire (commutable from Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Peterborough and Spalding)
As a family lawyer you will be joining one of the region’s leading family departments. You will be manging your own busy caseload consisting predominantly of privately funded work. Your caseload will include divorce, financial remedies, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, grandparents’ rights and matters relating to civil partnerships. You will also be expected to actively contribute to the family team’s business development activities.
This role would suit experienced family solicitors or legal executives with at least two years PQE who are confident working with minimal supervision. Candidates must have a demonstrable drive to go the extra mile to ensure their clients’ issues are resolved as smoothly and effectively as possible. The communication and sympathetic abilities that the nature of this work calls for are also a must.
