THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable team in London. The team advises on lease extensions and freehold purchases, both on a voluntary basis and under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, plus Right to Manage applications and freehold sales/purchases which are subject to the right of first refusal provisions under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. The successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will be a key member of the leasehold enfranchisement team in London, working under the direction of the team leader.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The newly appointed Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor will have worked in the leasehold enfranchisement field and will be capable of working autonomously within a supportive team setting. You will be expected to develop the practice both by the quality of service delivered and by maintaining professional relationships with key introducers. You will be able to demonstrate strong academics and a sound understanding of the relevant legislation and be motivated and ambitious, confident, enthusiastic and personable.
