LOCATION:                  West Midlands (Commutable from: Birmingham, Stourbridge, Dudley, Kidderminster, Brierley Hill, Worcester)

SALARY:                      £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

The employment team have identified the need for an experienced Employment Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of employment related matters. You will be expected to handle your own caseload of both contentious and non contentious employment related cases including discrimination, unfair dismissals, TUPE, discrimination and redundancy.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

This established team requires an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their thriving Employment Team and manage their own caseload of employment related cases. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent academic record and gained excellent experience with a leading city, national or regional firm. You must have proven expertise in all aspects of employment law including advising both employees and employers on a variety of employment related issues. Ideal Employment Solicitors will have at least 5 years PQE in employment and possess a strong grounding in business development and networking activities to enhance the profile of the team.
