The successful candidate will be expected to conduct claims and litigation as well as represent individuals in tribunals and courts in cases requiring specialist legal knowledge. The key responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor include, but are not limited to, having responsibility for the conduct of claims and litigation, representing (including advocacy when appropriate) individuals in the tribunals and courts, internal hearings and other procedures when required. You will need to provide advice and support to colleagues on legal issues and contribute to the preparation of a range of written documents and articles. This role is available for an immediate start and is expected to last for at least three months.



A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years of experience in Employment law, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills together with the ability to produce concise and high quality written communications and documents for casework purposes. You will possess strong IT skills, have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible, enabling you to travel locally and nationally when required. The Employment Solicitor will need to have experience of and the ability to contribute and support the delivery of training programmes.
