An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Employment Solicitor to join a friendly and collegiate team. This respectable team offers a full employment service and is looking for an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE to handle a broad range of Employment matters. The caseload will include contentious and non-contentious matters together with advocacy. As the chosen Employment Solicitor you will be working on a diverse client base to include owners / managers of small to medium businesses and multi-national companies and advising on a range of matters including TUPE, redundancy, dismissal, discrimination and employment contracts.



Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with proven experience of advising clients on a wide range of issues, in both contentious and non-contentious settings. This role will suit Employment Solicitors with experience managing their own caseload and advocacy. A strong academic background and the ability to take on responsibility at an early stage is essential. You will have at least 2 years PQE in handling your own caseload of employment related matters including but not limited to dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, restructures, grievances and contracts of employment.
