THE ROLE:

This successful regional firm are continually expanding their services and as such are looking for a talented and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their Oxfordshire based team. The successful Employment Solicitor will provide advice in relation to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work including, but not limited to, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, dismissal and contractual issues.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

This role requires an enthusiastic team player, who is eager to be part of a collaborative working unit. You will have gained experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters through work at a reputable city or regional firm and will be comfortable handling your own caseload. This role would suit a personable individual who is keen to partake in the business generation activities and marketing initiatives of the firm.
