LOCATION:                              Nottinghamshire (Commutable of: Newark, Nottingham, Sleaford, Sutton in Ashfield, Mansfield, Longeaton)

THE ROLE:

Our client is a leading name across the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire legal market. Their employment department is an ambitious and growing team and have recently been ranked in the Legal 500. They are looking to appointed a determined and talented Employment Solicitor to add to the offerings of the team. The successful Employment Solicitor will provide advice in relation to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work including, but not limited to, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, dismissal and contractual issues.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Employment Solicitor will have an excellent grasp of all aspects of employment law gained during at least three years of experience gained working within an employment team. The Employment Solicitor will have experience of both claimant and defendant employment work, contentious and non-contentious. The Employment Solicitor should have excellent drafting skills, the ability to work with confidence managing their own caseload and good organisation skills.
