JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ Years’ PQE

Joining a highly successful and well regarded employment team, you will act on behalf of both businesses and individuals. You will be dealing with a wide variety of work to include; redundancy, tribunals, discrimination, disciplinary and dismissals, absence management, performance management, restrictive covenants and settlement agreements.
The successful individual will have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience within the employment legal sector. You will have excellent attention to detail and proficient time management, planning and organisational skills in order to meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining a demanding caseload. Building and maintaining client relationships, as well as communication are essential skills for this role.
