JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ PQE
SALARY: £Market Rate
The role requires that the appointed Employment Solicitor deals with an existing caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as develop new relationships with clients. You will be expected to cover all areas of employment law that are inclusive of confidentiality agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, severance arrangements, compromise agreements and consultancy agreements.
The suitable Employment Solicitor will be an employment specialist that can provide sound and practical knowledge of all aspects of employment related issues. It is also essential that the appointed Employment Solicitor has experience of and is interested in business development. It is here where it is imperative that the Employment Solicitor possesses impeccable interpersonal skills.
