As an employment solicitor you will be joining a top 200 firm and will be a part of a market leading team of employment experts. Within this engaging role you will undertake a variety of both contentious and non-contentious tasks including absence and performance management, restrictive covenants, discrimination, settlement agreements, redundancy and employment contracts. In addition to this diverse caseload, you will be exposed to both respondent and applicant work with an enviable client base.


As an employment solicitor for a top 200 firm, you will have a keen eye for detail and will have a solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives, being both determined and decisive to meet deadlines. You will have excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate on a variety of levels inclusive of both colleagues and clients. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain client relationships as an extension of your excellent character and personal skills.
