JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-6 years
As an employment solicitor you will be managing your own busy caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law matters. You can expect to be advising clients on irregular working arrangements, data protection, trade unions and the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. There will also be plenty of contentious work on behalf of respondents for example matters involving disciplinaries and grievances, discrimination and anti-bribery and corruption. You will be actively contributing to the employment team’s business development work for instance through attending external networking events and socials.
We are looking for talented and ambitious employment solicitors with between 3 to 6 years PQE and strong previous experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law. Candidates must be hard working with the ability to manage their own busy workload with minimal supervision. We expect candidates to have a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and to be proficient at business development.
