JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As an employment solicitor you will be managing your own busy caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Contentions work will involve representing a mix of respondents and claimants in cases involving disciplinaries and grievances, discrimination and anti-bribery and corruption. You will be actively contributing to the employment team’s business development work for instance through attending external networking events and socials.
We are looking for talented and ambitious employment solicitors with at least 5 years PQE and strong previous experience handling a caseload of employment files. Candidates must be hard working with the ability to manage their own busy workload with minimal supervision. We expect candidates to have a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and to be proficient at business development.
