JOB TITLE: Employment Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2-6 years
SALARY: Excellent + Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading firm in London. The team requires someone to work predominantly on High Court Employment matters. While you will undertake a range of employment work, there will be a significant focus on contentious matters and related advice for clients in the financial and professional service sectors. Your typical workload is likely to include advising clients on things such as high value breach of contract claims and arbitrations; team moves, restrictive covenants and disputes concerning confidential information; and complex employment contracts and LLP arrangements. The team’s lawyers also undertake a significant amount of business development, including giving seminars, producing publications and driving client relationships.
In order to be successful, you should be able to demonstrate excellent academics and experience gained within a well-respected employment team. The successful Employment Solicitor should have experience of, and a particular interest in, High Court employment disputes and arbitration.
