JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience.
As an employment solicitor you will be joining a dynamic employment department and will be taking on a workload that covers the full spectrum of contentious employment law matters. You can expect to be undertaking plenty of litigation work, acting on behalf of claimants in tribunal claims involving disciplinary hearings and grievances. You will also be expected to play an active role in the employment team’s business development work.
We are looking to speak to employment solicitors with at least two years PQE and with strong experience in employment tribunal work. Candidates should come from a strong academic background, have good time management and organisational skills and be comfortable managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision. Impeccable written and oral communication skills are a must as are demonstrably strong negotiation skills and a clear sense of commercial awareness and acumen.
