JOB TITLE:      Employment Solicitor

PQE:                At least 3 years

LOCATION:      Lincolnshire (Commutable from: Gainsborough, Grantham, Lincoln, Melton Mowbray, Newark, Nottingham, Retford, Sleaford)

SALARY:         Competitive

 

THE ROLE:

An additional Employment Solicitor is required to join this expanding Employment team based within one of the region's major law firms. The successful Employment Solicitor will be advising both employer and employee clients on a broad range of Employment law matters, dealing with both contentious and non contentious matters including attending Employment Tribunals. You will play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of the Employment team and wider firm, through proactive business development and networking around the area.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Eager to appoint an individual with a strong background in Employment law, our client is welcoming applications from Employment Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 3 years PQE. You will have a proven track record in delivering a high quality service to clients on matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and redundancies. The appointed Employment Solicitor will have a thorough understanding of the Employment Tribunal process and demonstrate great advocacy skills. This Employment Solicitor role will suit someone who is confident, ambitious and keen to make their mark in the firm's future success.
