JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ year PQE
Due to continued success, this Top 100 law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to be a key member to its expanding employment team. Having a record of delivering exceptional service to clients and building an excellent reputation in the market, our client requires an Employment Solicitor with an excellent level of expertise who will can add value to the team. It is vital the ideal Employment Solicitor can demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, confidently managing a busy caseload of employment related matters on behalf of employer clients which includes various contentious and non-contentious matters including corporate support, as well as supporting business development and marketing strategies.
The successful Employment Solicitor will have at least 12 months PQE with a strong background in handling all issues surrounding respondent based employment law. The newly appointed Employment Solicitor will demonstrate excellent communication skills with flair to engage effectively with clients as well as build and maintain long lasting relationships. A confident Employment Solicitor who can continuously seek and find good outcomes to challenges and be a great team player is essential to the role.
