JOB TITLE:                   Employment Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         2+

LOCATION:                  Lancashire (commutable from Blackburn, Blackpool, Burnley, Clitheroe, Keighley, Lancaster and Preston)

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience

THE ROLE:

As an employment solicitor you will be joining a leading employment team who undertake the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment work. You will have full autonomy over your own employment law caseload with a sector specialist client base. You will also be expected to build and maintain your own network of contacts and use this to contribute to the employment team’s business development work.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for bright and ambitious employment solicitors, ideally with at least two years PQE although we will consider exceptional candidates who are less qualified. Strong negotiation and commercial skills are an absolute must as is a proven aptitude for building strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
