JOB TITLE:                    Employment Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:           2+ years

LOCATION:                    Lancashire (commutable from Blackburn, Blackpool, Burnley, Clitheroe, Keighley, Lancaster and Preston)

SALARY:                       Competitive

THE ROLE:

As an employment solicitor you will be working on the full spectrum of employment law matters for a sector specialised client base. Contentions work will involve disciplinaries, grievances, discrimination, anti-bribery and corruption. On the non-contentious side of things you can expect to be working on TUPE, employment contracts and the employment aspects of corporate reorganisations.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for talented and ambitious employment solicitors with at least two years PQE. Candidates must be hard working with the ability to manage their own busy workload with minimal supervision. We expect candidates to have a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and to be proficient at business development.
