JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor

This excellent firm are looking for a talented Employment Solicitor to join their team in Kent, working on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The successful individual will work on assessment of new potential claims, full preparation of case from submission to final hearing, providing guidance through internal proceedings such as disciplinaries and grievances and drafting settlement agreements.
This role would be well suited to an individual with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, who is confident in handling a large caseload under minimal supervision. You will be a clear communication with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working with a variety of people on sensitive issues. The successful Employment Solicitor will have gained experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters on both the claimant and defendant side and will have strong knowledge of employment law.
