JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+

You will undertake a mixture of non-contentious with a significant focus on corporate support and TUPE and contentious work. You will work very closely with the corporate and commercial teams within the wider cohesive Business Group of this leading practice. You will be tasked with leading business development initiatives strengthening existing relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and converting new clients within this firms target sectors. You will also be expected to play a central role in developing the more junior members of the team ensuring they fulfil their undoubted potential.
This will be a challenging and demanding role, working to tight deadlines and supporting highly valued clients. In order to be a success you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience in employment law gained within a leading commercial law firm. You will have a proven track record of supporting corporate and commercial work and be able to deliver a solutions led approach, being agile and flexible to the challenge ahead of you. Adept at business development as you will be integral in growing the practice.
