THE ROLE:

The successful Employment Solicitor will be a commercially minded Employment Solicitor who shall be working on a plethora of contentious and non-contentious cases from employers. It will also be expected that the Employment Solicitor shall also be immersed into high level employee work whilst maintaining a proactive and lead role in the marketing and developmental aspects of the firm. It is also anticipated that the Employment Solicitor shall provide a high level of customer service to existing and new clients at a multitude of events where the employment solicitor is expected to gain and harbour the trust of colleagues and clients alike.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The newly appointed Employment Solicitor shall be a high calibre and well-regarded individual who has previous experience of working within a city, regional or national firm. The successful candidate shall also possess experience of corporate employment law and will also be able to exhibit a commercial and analytical mind-set. The newly appointed Employment Solicitor must have the ability to work well under pressure, write concisely and have an excellent presentable manner.
