JOB TITLE:                  Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive

An exceptional role has arisen to join a leading Top 100 regional practice to work within their busy employment team on the beautiful Dorset coast.  This position will see you playing a key part in assisting the Partners with a wide range of employment law and HR issues arising in a contentious and non-contentious context.  This position will also allow you to develop your legal career with excellent development and market-led training opportunities on offer.



The ideal Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive you will either be recently qualified or have up to 3 years experience and will have gained hands on experience in non-contentious employment work as well as having the ability to carry out contentious work as well.  Business development plays a key role in this team and so the appointed Employment Solicitor  will enjoy establishing new relationships.
