This leading employment team provides advice supporting national and international clients across many sectors in all aspects of employment law. The team is recognised for their pragmatic, strategic and effective advice in such areas as restructuring and reorganisations, redundancies, trade union issues, employment tribunal claims, employment contracts and service agreements, discrimination issues and claims, corporate acquisitions, outsourcing, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), whistleblowing, grievances and disciplinaries. The team now requires an Employment Solicitor with some solid corporate support experience to join the team. You will be handling a large amount of corporate support work, working in tandem with the highly regarded corporate team as well as managing and developing you own employment clients. The broad variety of high quality work will include acting for both buyers and sellers, where appropriate carrying out due diligence, reviewing and drafting warranties and indemnities, service agreements and other appropriate documentation. The role will also provide the opportunity to provide support for other teams throughout the firm, as well as advising a wide variety of clients on day to day employment law and HR issues.



It is likely that the newly appointed Employment Solicitor will have at least 2 years' PQE with relevant experience as an Employment Lawyer gained with a recognised regional or commercial firm. The firm is seeking a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels as well as the ability to self-motivate .
