JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2-3 PQE

The exciting role will see the appointed Employment Solicitor take on an existing caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as developing new relationships with clients. The main aspects that the Employment Solicitor shall be involved in are to span all areas of employment law that are inclusive of confidentiality agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, severance arrangements, compromise agreements and consultancy agreements.
The suitable candidate shall be an employment specialist that can provide sound and practical knowledge of employment related issues, being ideally between 2-3 years PQE. It is also essential that the appointed candidate has experience of and is interested in business development, coupled with impeccable interpersonal skills. Our client would also welcome applications from candidates who are commercially minded and are able to deal with a large amount of work at any given time.
