An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a well established employment team in Buckinghamshire. The employment team is currently looking to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor who will be exposed to both claimant and respondent employment work. Focusing on a quality caseload, this firm is committed to attracting high calibre lawyers and support staff who provide an outstanding service to its clients. The successful Employment Solicitor will be providing employment law advice to a varied client base and covering the broad spectrum of employment law.
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with a keen passion for Employment law and have a minimum of 4 years PQE experience in this area of law. The ideal Employment Solicitor will have sound legal knowledge, drafting skills and experience with a recognised practice. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of undertaking advocacy in court/chambers/tribunal setting, commercial, practical and financial awareness and the confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels. Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills are a must, with the ability to develop key relationships, along with a strong ambition for career development.
