SALARY:                      £Dependant on experience



Reporting directly into the Head of Department the firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor into the team.  The role will be challenging and varied and you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of a combination of contentious and non contentious employment related work.  You will be providing your clients with commercial advice and will be used to liaising on a regular basis with clients in face to face meetings.  The role will also be focused on business development, marketing and networking and you will already be well established within your field of expertise. As part of the employment team you will be expected to provide advice on TUPE, redundancies, discrimination matters, settlement agreements, restructurings and Employment Tribunal cases.



The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months post qualification and will already be an experienced Employment Solicitor within your current law firm.  You will have trained at a leading City Law firm or one of the Top 5 firms in the South West.  You must have a minimum degree of a 2:1 degree and will have excellent academics along with a strong consistent career to date. Well versed in all types of employment related matters you will have sound technical expertise in advising on both contentious and non contentious related employment matters. You may currently be frustrated by the lack of career prospects within your existing law firm and be looking for genuine prospects for career development.
