JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE

Our client’s employment team has gone from strength to strength in recent years and they are now looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to undertake a caseload of purely advocacy based work. The team undertake a large number of employment tribunal claims, most of which reach full hearing. The appointed Employment Solicitor will represent respondent clients at employment tribunal hearings from preliminary case management hearings through to complex, multi-day final hearings.
Our client is looking to receive applications from Employment Solicitors or Barristers who have had extensive advocacy experience. The successful Employment Solicitor should have a strong technical knowledge of employment law, good client handling skills and the desire to join a high quality and driven team. In addition, knowledge of the NHS and some experience of representing local authority clients is desired, although not essential.
