With the ability to work well independently and effectively within a team environment, the suitable Employment Lawyer will be commercially aware and possess the willingness to get involved with the business development and marketing of this highly renowned firm. The role will require the appointed Employment Lawyer to advise on both contentious and non contentious related matters on behalf of a diverse client base.
In order to be considered for the role of Employment Solicitor you will have a minimum of 12 months experience gained within a large regional commercial law practice. With a strong academic background you will have a sound background in dealing with a variety of employment related cases. Ideal Employment Lawyers will be able to demonstrate good technical expertise in all aspects of employment law including specific experience of dealing with strategic employment law advice, cross-border issues, and senior executive/board room issues.
