JOB TITLE: Employment Paralegal - Warwickshire
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months+ Experience

The successful Employment Paralegal will be assisting the expert team on a mixed bag of employment law issues with a focus on employer related work. You will be required to work with a variety of industry sectors including charities and registered providers alongside public and private sector clients. A hard-working and motivated Paralegal you will be keen to develop your experience within a specialist Employment team whilst working on your own inititaive.
The appointed Employment Paralegal will be experienced in providing advise within a busy employment team. You will have a can-do approach, be a team player and highly organised. As the successful Employment Paralegal you will be given a large amount of responsibility. In particular knoweldge of the following would be beneficial; drafing contracts; sickness, maternity and absence policies; tribunal suppor; drafting witness statements and instruction to counsel. In addition, confidence dealing with clients and working with key employment law technology platforms would be extremely advantageous.
