JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Lincolnshire (commutable from Grantham, Leicester, Peterborough and Stamford)
As an employment lawyer you will be working on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Contentions work will be predominantly on behalf of respondents and will involve disciplinaries, grievances, discrimination, anti-bribery and corruption. On the non-contentious side of things you can expect to be working on TUPE, employment contracts and the employment aspects of corporate reorganisations. You will be actively contributing to the employment team’s business development work for instance through attending external networking events and socials.
We are looking for talented and ambitious employment solicitors or legal executives with at two years PQE. Candidates must be hard working with the ability to manage their own busy workload with minimal supervision. We expect candidates to have a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and to be proficient at business development.
