JOB TITLE: EL/PL Personal Injury Fee Earner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: NQ
You will be working in the casualty injury team with the focus of your matters being on EL and PL claims. As the successful Personal Injury candidate you will work on a broad profile of predominantly litigated fast track cases, with some multi track cases. You will be working for a mixture of household name insurer clients and self Insured companies. Acting as the first point of contacts for clients, you will be expected to develop excellent working relationships with your dedicated clients, good communication skills and rapport building are very important. Outside of your contribution to fee earning work you will also be working on client seminars and undertaking business development activities.
Candidates ideally will have experience in defendant personal injury cases, and more particularly in EL/PL matters. You will be expected to be technically and academically strong with good organisational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be commercially astute and a client-focused approach to personal injury.
