JOB TITLE:                  Dispute Resolution Solicitor        

PQE REQUIRED:      1 – 3 Years’ PQE

THE ROLE:

Working within a busy dispute resolution team, you will be responsible for managing your own demanding caseload, whilst also assisting senior solicitors with their cases. You work is to include; instructions, drafting pre-action correspondence, court applications and pleadings, handling disclosure, preparing witness statements, trial preparation and attending hearings and meetings both in court and externally with clients.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the newly appointed Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills in order to effectively manage your own caseload alongside that of senior solicitors and meet challenging deadlines. You will have a good understanding, gained through previous experience, of dispute resolution proceedings and will be able to implement this knowledge to provide a first class legal service.
