JOB TITLE:              Dispute Resolution Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:    1 – 3 years’

THE ROLE:

This excellent national firm are recognised by legal directories for their excellent client care and personalised service that they deliver to clients. Currently going through a period of large growth, they are looking to recruit an individual into their Dispute Resolution team to work on caseload of contentious probate matters. Working alongside a well-regarded and experienced team, you will benefit from appropriate supervision and bespoke training, whilst maintaining a great level of autonomy over your work.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have gained between 1 – 3 years’ experience from a reputable regional or city firm dealing with civil litigation matters. You will be an experienced litigator and a clear and confident communicator; with excellent abilities in relationship building with both clients and colleagues. The appointed individual will have been exposed to a wide range of disputes arising from private client matters and will have a demonstrable history of working successfully on contentious probate matters.
