JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-6
LOCATION: Hove, East Sussex

Joining a busy team, you will be supporting other senior solicitors with their cases and will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including duties such as; instructions, drafting court applications and pleadings. Your role will also entail drafting pre-action correspondence, handling disclosure, preparing witness statements, instructing counsel, trial preparation and carrying out mediation meetings.
As an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor you will be organised, a good planner and have perfect time management capabilities, in order to effectively assist others whilst managing a demanding caseload. You will be proficient in your ability to undertake business development activities and will have excellent networking skills to promote the Dispute Resolution services on offer. Additionally, you will have a demonstrable ability to understand and solve complex issues whilst ensuring attention to detail. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, team orientated Dispute Resolution Solicitor to develop and expand your knowledge and skills.
