An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and skilled Debt Recovery Lawyer to play a key role in the development of the debt department of this well regarded law firm. As the appointed Debt Recovery Solicitor you will be responsible for developing the debt offerings within the Midlands market and be able to handle your own caseload of debt recovery matters. The successful Debt Recovery Solicitor will be expected to progress defended debt recover matters along with managing the recovery of debts and dealing with clients.



Applications are welcomed from Debt Recovery Lawyers with a minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with all types of debt recovery litigation matters. Ideal Debt Recovery Solicitors will have knowledge of civil procedures and will have a passion for this area of law. You must be commercially aware and be looking for the chance to develop your managerial skills and experience. As an experienced Debt Recovery Lawyer you will possess excellent business development skills together with the capability to manage accounts and ensure profitability remains on the increase.
