The assigned role to the Data Protection Solicitor shall provide specialist advice to a plethora of business and organisations on all matters related to data protection and Freedom of Information. The Data Protection Solicitor shall provide a detailed service that is not limited to data processor arrangements, data breaches; disclosure requirements, buying/selling of databases, audits, policy drafting and Freedom of Information Acts.
It is essential that the appointed Data Protection Solicitor is able to assimilate into this embodiment with ease. A true commitment to being a team player is also critical to the success of this role as is an ability to be malleable to any given situation. It has also been stipulated by our client that the Data Protection Solicitor must be adept at working within a broader team juxtaposed to working independently. It must also be presented that any prospective candidates must be a forward and critical thinker.
