Are you an experienced Data Protection Lawyer who has been advising on GDPR? We have an opportunity not to be missed!

Initially tasked with auditing the organisation in light of the forthcoming GDPR legislation, the successful Solicitor or Barrister will be a core member of the management team from the commencement of the role, benefiting from direct access to the board. You will be responsible for implementing any changes to existing policy and procedure as required by GDPR and will hold the post of Data Protection Officer for the organisation as a whole.

 

The appointed Data Protections specialist will be a Solicitor or Barrister qualified to practice in England and Wales, having held a condition free practising certificate for in excess of 5 years.  You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Data Protection Law with a sound knowledge of the new GDPR legislation and the requirements an organisation must meet to be fully compliant. You will enjoy holding a position of influence within an organisation and will be confident in your abilities to lead the organisation in its compliance with all data protection laws.
