JOB TITLE:                    Criminal Regulatory Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:           1-3 years

LOCATION:                   Leeds

THE ROLE:

As a criminal regulatory solicitor you will be joining a market leading team who work on behalf businesses from all sectors and of all sizes as well as high net worth individuals. You will, with supervision and assistance appropriate to your experience level, be managing your own caseload, representing and defending clients in inquests by the police, local authorities and regulatory bodies. You will also be expected to contribute to the criminal regulatory team’s marketing and business development activities.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

This role would suit criminal solicitors with between 1 and 3 years PQE. Whilst experience in regulatory issues is desirable, this is by no means essential given that candidates can demonstrate a genuine interest in specialising in this challenging and dynamic area of law. The appointed criminal regulatory solicitor will be a strong litigator and possess a natural ability to deal with clients from a broad range of backgrounds in a calm and efficient manner.
