JOB TITLE:                    Court of Protection Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         2-5 years

LOCATION:                   West Sussex

THE ROLE:

This leading practice is looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years’ PQE to join their busy Court of Protection team. This exciting role will include advising clients on and preparing applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of Deputies, Statutory Wills and other applications; acting for clients for whom partners of the firm are appointed as Attorney - managing their financial and legal affairs generally, ensuring care needs are met, ensuring assets are appropriately invested, liaising with third parties (Social Services, Local Authority, Care Providers, etc.) on the clients' behalf as well as advising on securing NHS CHC funding and appealing Local Authority funding decisions.
